Konrad is someone who can translate complex technology into simple benefits for the user. At GuideMe, he is responsible for the technological development of the platform, designing the logic of the VR Development Center, and integrating AI into the competency assessment process. For years, he managed EU R&D projects, and today, thanks to that experience, he helps clients make use of support programs and development funding.

Marlena is the kind of energy you feel from the very first interaction.With a master’s degree in psychology, she combines two roles at GuideMe — lead sales representative and supporting assessor.Thanks to her psychological and business expertise, she can spot in someone’s behavior what others overlook and translate it into concrete business solutions.

Bio

Radosław ensures that the simulations reflect how people function in difficult, emotionally demanding moments. He creates links between behaviors and competencies so they can be precisely observed and measured. He is a certified Gestalt, EMDR, and MBT psychotherapist, as well as a university lecturer.

Achievements

Maintaining the highest rating in the annual Orange Polska coaching certification (the so-called coaching league) for nine years.

1st place in the competition of the Polish Mentoring Association – Award for the best implemented mentoring program in Poland in 2018.

Building a TTT training model for experts who effectively and interestingly transfer knowledge in the organization (Orange Polska "Professional Schools", OBI, NC+)

Launching a project to improve the perception of development in the organization, employee satisfaction with the development offer (Orange Polska, PTK Centertel, Teltech, Warsaw City Hall).
