GUIDEME SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (Ltd.) has received a grant from the European Union for the project titled “AI Model-Based System for Automatic Behavior Analysis in Virtual Reality Gaming Environments for the Assessment of Selected Professional Competencies.”

The project aims to significantly increase the efficiency of using VR-based competency assessment methods by leveraging AI for analyzing research results. The project plans to develop artificial intelligence algorithms and software based on them, which will be capable of identifying and understanding key words and sentences in the dialogues of competency assessment participants. Subsequently, it will be able to present these words and sentences to assessors (who evaluate participants’ competencies) and propose assessments of participants across various competencies. Assessors – psychologists involved in professional competency assessment processes – will benefit from the project, as the software utilizing artificial intelligence algorithms will drastically reduce the time required for assessment. The solution will also enable the Beneficiary to quickly deliver competency assessments for a larger number of individuals, thereby gaining much greater availability of the service for potentially interested entities, i.e., typically companies that want to have their management staff at various levels of process management assessed for competencies. The project’s outcome will be the automation of professional competency assessment for candidates. The use of VR in competency assessments will allow for better analysis of candidate behaviors, contributing to a more effective assessment process and better employment-related decisions.
