Supervisor Consulting Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds titled: “R&D work on the development of a tool for competency assessment in virtual reality.”

The subject of the project is to conduct industrial research and development work aimed at developing a tool for assessing employee competencies using virtual reality technology, incorporating the principles of an “Escape Room.” The project’s goal is to increase the research and development activity of Supervisor Consulting to create a unique market solution that addresses the needs of the target group, including HR departments of corporations, banks, recruitment companies, training companies, enterprises investing in human capital, and universities.

The total value of the project is PLN 4,556,229.20, with the contribution from European Funds amounting to PLN 4,022,407.21.
